This was my first time creating a motion piece like this, and I wanted to explore bringing signs to life through motion. I experimented with techniques like tracking, sign replacement, and logo animation to make the transformation feel seamless. My goal was to keep the animation simple yet effective so that it felt like it had always belonged.
