At the Saatchi Gallery, I was captivated by Abigail Hampsey’s Wake Up, an oil painting rich in colour and contrast. The glow of the sky and the emotion it carried really stood out to me. I used motion to enhance those expressive shifts in the sky, drawing out its mood and letting the atmosphere slowly unfold.
